Invoicing, Packing, and Shipping orders:
Invoicing:
The invoice option gives you the most accurate shipping price.
If you request an invoice and want us to leave your order open so you can add to it please let us know in the note to seller box!*
*We will not leave your order open for more than 60 hours.
Shipping:
We try to ship orders within 1 - 4 business days*
We do not pack/ship orders on the weekend
All orders are shiped via USPS.
*Larger orders (1,000+ items/75+ lots) may take longer to pack and ship than normal
Used/New items:
Used stickered parts may be slightly crooked.
All items are stored in a smoke free, pet free environment.
Used parts may have some water spots on them from washing.
Messages:
We try to respond within 1 - 2 business days depending on our work load.

If you have an issue with your order (missing, damaged, non-Lego parts, etc.) please contact us before leaving feedback, and we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
